I’m Cris Reynolds, an experienced solicitor working as a sole practitioner for Cris Reynolds Limited.
Throughout my career I’ve looked after many vulnerable clients and worked closely with the Local Authorities and Care Home managers to ensure the well-being of each individual. I care passionately about this aspect of legal work and this is why I have chosen to work independently and specialise in Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work.
I am also a very experienced Family Lawyer assisting in all aspects of divorce, financial matters and children’s matters. When assisting clients during this very emotional time I can provide support and advice.
There are two occasions where I become involved with vulnerable people in this way:
I am not a financial advisor. However, I work closely with a firm of trusted Financial Advisors, who also help and provide advice on the financial aspects of planning for the future, helping provide the financial security that can prove so important.
I always act in my clients best interests and comply with the protocol and regulations contained in the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
